DG Neary Realty is headquartered in Chelsea and has been serving the Downtown communities since 1988. We are charter members of the Downtown Brokers Association, belong to the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and have formed strong cooperative relationships with agencies throughout the City.

Managing Partners, Gil Neary and Dan Gerstein contribute a cross-disciplinary experience and complementary skills. Gil Neary, with a background in architecture and design has specialized in Co-op and Condo sales since 1981. Gil has managed a number of real estate offices across Manhattan, directing sales, rental, and investor operations. He has personally supervised thousands of transactions, with a first hand perspective on the Downtown real estate market. Dan Gerstein, formerly European Treasurer for Estee Lauder, has worked in finance for blue chip multinational companies for 15 years prior to returning to New York to manage DG Neary Realty in 1995. Dan provides a financial and marketing expertise to our customers and agents.
