Mr. Karam's marketing and sales experience began years ago as a personal shopping consultant for one the most luxurious and venerable clothing stores on Fifth Avenue. It is here, that his client base sprouted from people he developed relationships with long after his departure from retail. When he was considering an investment property for his future needs, he began selling and buying vacation homes on Fire Island, New York. He brought his marketing and sales skills along with him to Manhattan, where he has resided for 29 years. He William is known by many of his colleagues, clients and friends in and outside the real estate brokerage community. William is also an accomplished professional landscape & architecture photographer. His passion in the arts community is well know my his peers and former instructors.
